Program Description
This class is a slower paced flow style class linking breath to movement and incorporating poses and stretching to increase balance and mobility.
Recommended equipment: water bottle and yoga mat.

Injury Prevention: Regular stretching can help reduce the risk of injuries by making the muscles more supple and flexible.
